Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Marks Enterprise Solutions. Please review our consultation booking policy before scheduling your session. Booking & Payment All consultations must be booked in advance through our official scheduling platform. Appointments are confirmed once payment or approved payment arrangements are completed. Clients will receive a confirmation email with consultation details after booking. Consultation Services Consultations are designed to support businesses with: Operational structure Workflow strategy Project planning and execution Process improvement Business scaling and accountability Consultations provide strategic guidance and do not guarantee ongoing services or specific business outcomes. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. One complimentary reschedule is permitted per booking. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. Repeated no-shows may limit future booking privileges. Late Arrival Policy Clients are expected to arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Sessions may need to be rescheduled if the client arrives more than 10 minutes late. Consultations will still end at the originally scheduled time. Client Preparation To maximize your session: Complete any required intake forms before your appointment. Submit requested documents or project details in advance. Be prepared with goals, questions, or challenges you would like to discuss. Confidentiality All client information and business discussions are treated confidentially. Materials, frameworks, and recommendations provided by Marks Enterprise Solutions remain company intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Communication Please allow 24–48 business hours for responses to emails or inquiries outside scheduled consultations. By booking a consultation, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
