Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Marks Enterprise Solutions. By booking a consultation or service, you agree to the following policies. Booking & Consultations All consultations and services must be booked in advance. Consultation fees are non-refundable unless canceled by Marks Enterprise Solutions. Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared for scheduled sessions. Payments Payment is required to secure bookings unless a payment option is selected at checkout. Invoices must be paid by the stated due date. Late payments may delay or pause services. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment may result in forfeiture of fees. No-call/no-show appointments are non-refundable. Project Services Project timelines, deliverables, and expectations will be discussed before work begins. Clients are responsible for providing requested information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees. Communication Communication will take place through approved business channels. Standard response time is within 24–48 business hours. Refunds Due to the nature of consulting and strategy services, refunds are generally not provided once work has started. Completed services, digital products, and strategy documents are non-refundable. Confidentiality & Professionalism All client information is treated as confidential. Respectful and professional communication is expected at all times. Harassment, abusive behavior, or inappropriate conduct may result in termination of services without refund.
